Chicken + Veggies (with flexible options)

This night is all about simple, real-life cooking.

One pan. One protein. Whatever vegetables you already have on hand.

A week before class, you’ll receive a grocery list with simple ingredients and a few options. I’ll also include light prep suggestions (like marinating your protein ahead if you’d like). That said — you can absolutely just season it that night and cook along with us.

We’ll talk about:

  • Oven vs. air fryer (when to use each)
  • Different protein swaps (chicken, pork, beef, plant-based)
  • Easy vegetable combinations (yes, even potatoes)
  • How to change the flavor profile with simple spice shifts

You can cook and eat with us that evening — or prep everything and have tomorrow’s supper ready to go.

You do not have to cook. You can simply watch, take notes, and ask questions.

We’ll cook together on Zoom, chat while it roasts, and either eat together or stay and talk until our hour wraps up.
